1. Overview
At Mind Nova, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Each product is made with care and quality assurance. However, since many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design, size, or product).

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Customized or personalized products where the design was approved before printing.

Products damaged due to customer handling or incorrect washing/usage.

Minor variations in color or design due to digital screen differences.
3. Return Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request within 48–72 hours.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions or replacement confirmation.
Please do not ship any item back without receiving approval from our support team.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order — if production has not yet begun.
Once a custom order is printed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size or printing errors caused by us.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery, and exchanges will be subject to stock availability.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank or UPI account again.

Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

8. International Orders
For international orders, refunds are available only for defective or incorrect items.
Return shipping costs for international customers may not be covered unless the error was on our part.
